Shipping costs (sampling sets)

Shipping within Germany is free and is carried out via DHL Warenpost. Shipping outside of Germany (DACH) is subject to charges (see table below).

Austria: €5.99

Italy: €5.99

Delivery of home tests (sampling kits)

The sampling sets are sent by DHL in discreet packaging.

Once we have registered your payment and shipped the goods, you will receive an email with the tracking number that you can use to track the delivery.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 1-2 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

A notice:

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Sending the blood sample to the laboratory

All our home tests come with an envelope containing a shipping label. You can use this to send your sample from Germany free of charge to the address indicated on the envelope. If you ship samples from abroad, you will be responsible for any additional costs.

The DoctorBox app will let you know when your sample has arrived at the lab.

Once the test analysis is complete, you will be notified in the DoctorBox app and receive your results report.

We deliver our home test products free of charge within Germany.
Outside of Germany, we currently deliver to Switzerland, Austria and Italy.
